I suck at spelling too and I am 41, they thought I must be mentally impared when I was back in grade school, well not much has changed with the spelling and I am still functioning and a published writer, I just have a really good editor – my mother.

Powerful stuff Corin. I’m really impressed with how you’ve developed this poem. You’ve come to terms with the form of a free verse poem and written something that contains real emotion and a complete story. You’ve used language very well. Well done!
